As part of the transformation and franchising strategy for part of the stores of a leading player in home improvement, INCENT was mandated to carry out acquisition due diligence and valuations of businesses and assets transferred as part of the franchising of part of its stores. This mission aimed to provide an in-depth analysis of financial performance and to determine the value of franchised assets in a context of restructuring and transition to a franchise model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our work has enabled us to identify strategic assets, model financial scenarios linked to the different operating hypotheses for these stores and assess the potential development value of the businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
