INCENT intervened in the assessment of damages suffered by a digital services company following acts of unfair competition.

The firm was mandated to assess the damages suffered by a digital services company, present on the market for Data Intelligence and digital transformation solutions. This mandate follows acts of unfair competition involving the misappropriation of technological know-how and internal strategic documents.

Our work included an assessment of the impairment losses for the company's intangible assets such as the brand, technological know-how, as well as the impact of the internal disorganization resulting from the departure of many key employees. INCENT quantified a substantial financial loss, resulting from the loss of customers and the unfairly transferred competitive advantage.

The entire firm is proud to have assisted this company in defending its rights. The mission was led by Guy Jacquot and Maxime Rannou, accompanied by Arthur Heinbach.
